  • The Softphone will appear as a tab on the ISync sidebar only if one or more Tab Views settings are enabled.

  • Post Call Survey feature will be deprecated in future releases.

  • Added support for HID controls to manage interactions.

  • Override user setting- Click to call Prompt for Queue and Remember last queue have been deprecated from the configuration page softphone settings due to the addition of this function with Genesys. Agents have the ability to enable this feature from the InteractionSync sidebar settings.

  • Fixed an issue with Outbound SMS where updates to the default country code in configuration settings were not reflected in the ISync sidebar.

  • Fixed an issue with interaction workspace transfer where entity records were not added to the ISync sidebar association drop-down.

  • Various bug fixes and minor improvements.
